高考英语写作训练
通知
通知的目的是使对方知道所发生的事情或将要发生的事情，是一种实用性很强的应用文体。
通知内容一般包括两部分：
(1)提及具体事件，必要时阐述理由或事件意义;
(2)交代清楚时间、地点、要求和注意事项等。
英语中的通知分书面通知和口头通知两种，这两种通知在格式和用语方面都有较大差别。
书面通知格式一般包括四部分：
正文上方居中写上Notice或NOTICE;
下面是正文，为通知的主体部分;
日期一般写在正文的左下角，比单位名称略低一行或在正文的右上角;
落款写在通知的右下角，位置高于日期。
书面通知比较正式，一般不用开头称呼语，语言使用要求比较规范。
口头通知也通常包括四部分：
正上方通常有一个标题ANNOUNCEMENT或
Announcement(常可省略);
顶格写称呼语;
之后为正文，为主体部分, 正文开头有提醒注意的句子;
最后为结束语。口头通知一般不用落款。
口头通知采用的是口头发布的形式，用语要口语化，要通俗易懂、简练。
通知写作要注意的几点：
(1)分清类别：动笔之前要分清是哪种通知，格式要符合相应的要求;
(2)人称选用要准确：写书面通知时，被通知的单位或人一般使用第三人称;但是如果带有称呼语，则用第二人称，具体情况要根据题目要求而定;写口头通知时，常用第二人称表示被通知的对象;
(3)使用正确的时态：通知一般是用来告知对方即将发生的事情，故时态以一般现在时和一般将来时为主;
(4)语言运用：正文语言要言简意赅，直截了当，多用被动语态和祈使句，恰当采用表示时间和地点变换的过渡词语;
(5)要点齐全，逻辑顺序清晰：通知的要素是时间、地点、对象、事件具体内容、注意事项等，写作时只需把规定的要点写清楚，一般无需添加细节;表达要层次清晰，避免引起歧义;
(6)可以套用一些常用句式，使写作更加规范、严谨，符合英文写作风格。
寒假即将来临，你校要组织学生在寒假期间参加为期8天的伦敦游学活动，请你根据以下要点写一份口头通知，告知同学们此事：
1. 游学目的;
2. 主要活动;
3. 报名事项。

1. 词数100左右;
