家，一个温馨的词汇，带给我们多少温暖的回忆，会心的微笑；家，一个美丽的字眼，带给我们多少热切的期许，执着的信念。我的家，就是这样一片充满回忆和微笑，激荡着期许与信念的热土——美丽的青岛！

曾几何时，你是悠久灿烂的中华文明的发祥地；如今盛世再现，你那夺目的光

彩又将再一次镌刻在中华文明的史册上！2014年 4月18日，在这个激动人心、万众瞩目的时刻，世界园艺博览会将在美丽的青岛盛大开幕。在这里，我们能够进一步了解世界，结识来自五洲四洋的朋友，欣赏并学习他们文明发展的成果，也可以通过这个窗口，展示我们中华民族悠久灿烂的文明礼仪。

中国是一个有着五千年历史的文明古国，中华民族素来是一个温文尔雅，落落

大方，见义勇为，谦恭礼让的文明之邦。华夏儿女的举手投足、音容笑貌，无不体现出良好的气质与素养。

有位哲人曾经说过：如果你失去了今天，你不算失败，因为明天会再来；如果

你失去了金钱，你也不算失败，因为人生的价值不在钱袋；如果你失去了文明，你将彻彻底底的失败，因为你已失去了做人的准则。

天空为我们奉献蔚蓝，繁星为我们奉献灿烂，森林为我们奉献翠绿，鲜花为我们奉献绚烂，我们的家园 绿意盎然，充满活力，她需要我们用双手去装扮，用文明去美化！

试着闭上我们的双眼，让躁动的心绪缓缓平静，只需屏息，静静聆听。走过一

活动规程

一、指导单位 延庆区体育局 二、主办单位 延庆区长跑协会 三、协办单位

延庆区康庄镇政府 北京野鸭湖国家湿地公园 四、赞助单位 北京农商银行五、活动日期及地点

活动时间：2016年4月16日（星期六）9:00活动地点：野鸭湖湿地公园六、活动项目

（一）10公里健康跑 （二）5公里徒步七、赛事路线

（一）10公里健康跑

野鸭湖湿地公园1圈及环野鸭湖自行车路1圈 （二）5公里徒步 环野鸭湖自行车路1圈

八、参赛办法

（一）参赛选手须本人持身份证等有效证件按下列各项目的年龄规定进行报名。具体年龄规定如下：

1、10公里健康跑限18周岁以上(1998年3月12日前出生)，70周岁以下(1946年3月12日后出生)；

2、参加5公里徒步比赛者无年龄限制（16周岁以下选手，组委会要求其监护人或法定代理人签署参赛免责声明，同时需由监护人陪同方可参赛）；（二）健康要求

10公里健康跑强度较高，对参赛者身体条件有一定的要求。参赛者应身体健康，有长期参加跑步锻炼或训练的基础。参赛者可根据自己的身体状况和能力，在10公里健康跑、5公里徒步中选择一个项目报名参赛。有以下情况者不宜参加比赛：

1、先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；2、高血压和脑血管疾病患者；3、心肌炎和其他心脏病患者；4、冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者；5、血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者；6、比赛日前两周内患过感冒者；

7、从未一次性走或跑过10公里或以上距离者；

8、其他不适合参加比赛者(如孕妇、赛前疲劳者、过度饮酒者等)。（三）报名办法

1、本次活动10公里健康跑项目仅接受个人报名方式，5公里健康跑可个人或团体报名。具体报名办法详见2016迎世园迎冬奥长走大会合作通道“延庆跑吧”微信公众号发布的《2016迎世园迎冬奥长走大会报名须知》。2、比赛项目限额

i 10公里健康跑项目：100人； ii 5公里徒步项目：200人。（四）报名费用

1、个人报名：10公里健康跑人民币30元/人；5公里徒步人民币10元/人。2、团体报名：5公里徒步人民币0元/人。（五）参赛号码查询

获得参赛资格的参赛选手，可以登录“延庆跑吧”微信公众号查询参赛号码。（六）参赛物品领取

获得参赛资格的参赛选手，请按规定到组委会指定地点领取参赛物品，具体时间和地点将于赛前在“延庆跑吧”微信公众号公布。九、竞赛办法

（一）10公里健康跑运动员比赛号码布由组委会统一编发；

（三）所有参赛运动员必须于4月16日上午8：30到起点按竞赛项目及号码布分类/分区，分别进行排队集结，9:00鸣枪起跑；（四）发令：采用一枪发令同时起跑的办法；（五）计时办法

10公里健康跑采用感应器计时系统服务，组委会提供计时芯片，参赛者须佩带芯片（5公里徒步活动不设计时，因此不提供一次性计时芯片）；在起终点设有计时感应地毯，10公里健康跑行进中必须逐一通过地面的计时感应地毯，如参赛者缺少任何一个计时点的成绩，则取消该参赛者的比赛成绩。（六）关门距离和时间

为保证参赛选手比赛安全、顺利，比赛设置关门时间：

1、10公里健康跑，关门时间2小时； 2、5公里徒步，关门时间2小时。（七）存取衣

1、10公里健康跑参赛选手在起点指定区域按号段寄存衣物，到达终点后，请到对应号码的区域领取衣物。组委会建议选手不要携带贵重物品（如手机、有效证件、现金、各种钥匙、信用卡、Ipad等），以免丢失。如必要情况下将贵重物品存放在包内，如发生损坏或遗失，一切后果由选手本人承担。比赛当天起点存衣服务将于鸣枪前15分钟截止，请选手

做好时间安排。参赛选手在比赛当日12点前到终点指定区域领取个人存放物品，如超过领取时间没有领取的，可于赛后5天内到组委会指定位置领取，逾期不领取者，组委会将按无人领取处理。

2、5公里徒步不设存取衣。 （八）补水补给站

组委会将在终点设立补水补给站，提供水、香蕉、功能饮料等补给物品。 （九）医疗救护

1、组委会在终点设立医疗点；

2、组委会将在赛道沿途设立移动医疗救援服务；

3、组委会在赛道沿途设置医疗服务站及沿途医疗服务志愿者，协助医疗救护、维护比赛秩序，参赛者可随时向他们请求帮助。

（十）组委会将对起点、终点以及沿途计时点进行录像监控，违反以下比赛规定的参赛选手将被取消参赛成绩：

1、虚假年龄报名或报名后由他人替跑；

2、运动员携带他人计时芯片或一名运动员同时携带2枚或两枚以上(包括男运动员携带女运动员)计时芯片参加比赛；

3、不按规定的起跑顺序在非指定区域起跑；4、起跑有违反规则行为；

5、关门时间到后不停止比赛或退出比赛后又返回赛道；

6、没有沿规定线路跑完所报项目的全程，抄近道或乘交通工具途中插入；7、在终点不按规定要求重复通过终点领取纪念品；8、未跑完全程，私自通过终点领取纪念品；

9、马拉松及半程马拉松项目的运动员没有按规定携带自己两块号码布通过终点；10、私自伪造号码布，使用其他赛事号码布通过终点领取完赛物品、完赛奖牌；11、私自涂改、遮挡号码布参赛或转让号码布。12、携带非组委会发放芯片通过终点；13、以接力方式完成比赛；

14、不服从赛事工作人员的指挥，干扰赛事，打架斗殴，聚众闹事；15、出现不文明行为（如随地便溺、乱扔垃圾等）；16、其他违反规则规定的行为。十、奖励方法

（一）10公里健康跑项目：

1、根据计时成绩录取男子、女子第1至第10名运动员，并分别获得相应价值奖品(单位：人民币元)，前三名颁发奖杯。

2、在2小时内完赛的参赛选手将发放赛事完赛证书。（二）5公里徒步:不计取成绩和名次。十一、保险

本次比赛为10公里健康跑项目参赛选手和工作人员提供人身意外险、意外伤害医疗附加意外猝死，《人身保险说明书》请在赛前登录“延庆跑吧”微信公众号查阅。十一、技术官员、技术代表、裁判员由延庆区体育局负责选派。

十二、本次赛事最终解释权归组委会所有。十三、未尽事宜，另行通知。

family is going to feel at home in sochi.millions of citizens of russia are united by the olympic dream. winter sports

are very popular in russia. our athletes have scored many victories and have made

major contributions to the olympic movement.but we have not yet had the honor to celebrate the winter olympics.our national pledge to you is: the choice of sochi is the best choice.but whatever decision you make sochi’s olympic bid has already brought its

benefits.

the olympic cluster in sochi will be the first world class mountain sports centre

in the new russia. let me point out that after the break-up of the soviet union russia
